The Color Bloc offers shipping on eligible products and convenient in-store pickup at our Detroit location. Available fulfillment options are displayed on the product page and during checkout.

In-Store Pickup

Products listed as “In-Store Pickup” are not available for shipping and must be picked up at The Color Bloc:

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup. Pickup times may vary depending on product availability, order size, tinting requirements, and other preparation needed to complete your order.

Orders designated for In-Store Pickup cannot be shipped to a residential or business address.

Shipping

Products that are eligible for shipping may be shipped via UPS to residential and business addresses within the continental United States.

We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, P.O. Boxes, A.P.O. addresses, or F.P.O. addresses.

Some paints, coatings, chemicals, specialty products, and other items may be restricted to In-Store Pickup only because of product characteristics, manufacturer requirements, carrier restrictions, or other shipping limitations. The fulfillment options shown for each product at checkout will determine whether that item is eligible for shipping.

To help ensure successful delivery, customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address and phone number when placing an order.

Applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

Order Processing

Shipping orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received before 3:00 PM ET will typically be prepared for shipment within 24–48 hours, subject to product availability and order requirements.

Once an order has shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with the order.

Processing times are separate from carrier transit times and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Information

UPS Ground shipments typically arrive within 1–5 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier conditions.

Delivery dates provided by the carrier are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside The Color Bloc’s control.

Whether a package can be left unattended at the delivery address is determined by the carrier and delivery driver. Customers who are concerned about unattended deliveries should monitor their tracking information and make appropriate delivery arrangements with the carrier when available.

Paint & Extreme Weather

Paint and certain coating products can be sensitive to extreme temperatures, particularly freezing conditions.

During cold weather, appropriate packaging may be used to help protect eligible products during transit. However, customers should make arrangements to retrieve delivered paint and temperature-sensitive products promptly.

If freezing temperatures are expected and you will not be available to receive your delivery, we recommend shipping to a staffed business address or another location where the package can be brought indoors promptly.

The Color Bloc may restrict or delay shipment of temperature-sensitive products when weather conditions could reasonably affect product quality.

Products Not Available Online

The Color Bloc carries additional Benjamin Moore paints, coatings, supplies, and specialty products that may not currently be available for online purchase.
